Delivery

Order by 4pm for next day delivery on office supplies, stationery, janitorial products, warehouse items and much more.

*Next day delivery is free for orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT). Orders under £50.00 will incur a delivery charge of £8.95 (excluding VAT). Prices for deliveries outside of mainland UK may vary and we would advise that you contact our sales team for more information (details can be found at the bottom of this page).

Delivery Schedule

*Unfortunately, like many industries, we are still experiencing some difficulties and delays in our supply chain. We will always endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Currently our delivery lead time is within 1-3 business days.

Delivery attempts will only be made Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Office furniture & large items may take a little longer, please contact a member of our team on 0115 925 8700 for confirmation.

Please note that *Next Day delivery only applies to items in stock that are to be delivered to mainland UK. Out of stock items will take longer and will be dispatched once they come into stock. Although we aim to deliver next day on all in stock orders, from time to time, for matters out of our control, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Deliveries to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are not guarenteed next day and may take up to 72 hours. We cannot deliver to PO Box adresses.

Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Any damages or shortages are to be reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note at point of delivery or reported to our office within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this time.

Returns

Any returns on damaged goods and any delivery shortages, must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. There are no returns on 'special orders' or custom made orders.

For other orders, returns will be credited, providing they are available for collection with the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please notify us within 7 working days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied.

You can raise a returns request with a member of our team via phone or email by quoting your order number. Some unwanted items may be returnable after 7 days although you may be charged a re-stocking fee, for more information please contact us on 0115 925 8700 where we will be more than happy to help.

Dated products and food products are not returnable.
